I hope you find time to be happy, not just strong. Strength is important, but so is joy. I hope you find moments of happiness in the little things you cherish. Finding happiness, not just strength, comes down to allowing yourself to be present and open to joy. Here are a few ways to do that:

1. Savor the Little Things – Enjoy a good meal, a deep breath of fresh air, or the warmth of sunlight. These small moments add up.

2. Balance Effort with Rest – Strength often comes from pushing through, but happiness comes from knowing when to pause and simply be.

3. Do What Brings You Joy – Create, explore, laugh, or spend time with people who make you feel light and at peace.

4. Express Gratitude – Even in difficult times, acknowledging what’s good can shift your energy toward happiness.

5. Let Go of Control – Not everything needs to be figured out. Sometimes, happiness is in allowing life to unfold.

6. Connect with Your Spirituality – Whether through Reiki, sacred geometry, or meditation, tapping into a higher perspective can bring both peace and joy. Happiness isn’t just something to chase—it’s something to allow. Strength carries you through life, but joy makes the journey worthwhile.
