• Rest is not a reward; it’s a requirement. You don’t need to earn your rest. Just like sleep and breath, it’s essential for your well-being.

• Relaxation is productive. It refuels your creativity, restores your nervous system, and brings clarity—so you’re not stepping away from your goals, you’re supporting them.

• You are worthy even when you’re not ‘doing.’ Your value isn’t tied to your output.


Ways to Practice Guilt-Free Relaxation

1. Schedule rest like it matters – because it does. Put it on your calendar.

2. Reframe rest as sacred – Light a candle, play soft music, and honor your rest time as ceremony.

3. Use affirmations:

• “It is safe to rest.”
