You Are Worthy Simply By Your Existence Alone💕

Updated: Jan 27

Has the fun exited right out of your life with all of the stress and anxiety of your endless to-do lists and the pressure you feel to always be "doing"?

You can barely remember the last time you didn't have something weighing on your mind...and the thought of trying to be playful feels like just another task to check off.

I see you, l've been you.

The reason joy and play feel out of reach is because you've spent years measuring your worth by how much you accomplish, how much you produce, how useful you are to others.

You feel your body begging for a break, but your mind shoots back with "You can't stop now. Don't be lazy!"

It happens to the best of us.

And when it does, it's clear: you've hit a wall.

It's going to take time to bring joy and play back into your life but you can…if it seems overwhelming, just start small.

Maybe it's 10 pages of a good book, maybe you throw on some music and dance around the living room, maybe you go outside and dig in the dirt, maybe it's a salt bath with soft music and candles, maybe it's a quick call with a friend, maybe it's a quiet walk, or maybe you just lay on the floor and stare at the ceiling...

Whatever "it" is for you, small steps will rebuild the trust you've unintentionally lost with yourself.

And small steps WILL create a path to bigger steps.

These steps teach you how to see your life through a different lens, one where joy and peace isn't optional, it's essential…it becomes a non-negotiable.

The more you embrace these small pleasures, the more your life flows easily along.

Your tasks won't feel as heavy.

You'll have more energy, more excitement.

You’ll have more grace…for others, for YOURSELF.

When you let this light back into your day-to-day, you'll begin to see your world differently.

You’ll see that you are not a victim to it, but the creator of it.

Yes, it's likely to feel uncomfortable at first.

Yes, your mind will try to talk you out of it.

But you have to stay strong in your desire.

The laundry can wait, the dishes are fine where they are, the mess isn’t hurting anyone…your partner, your child, your pet will still love you if you take 15 minutes for yourself FIRST.

You deserve to just BE.

You do not need to “earn” good things.

You are worthy simply by your existence alone.
